Returns & Refund

At Sovereign Lace Couture, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not be exactly what you expected, and we’re here to make the return process simple and hassle-free.

Returns:

• You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

• Due to hygiene reasons, underwear, lingerie, and intimate apparel cannot be returned unless defective.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

• If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us at FundingBusiness@outlook.com.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Defective or Damaged Items:

• If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item.

• We will provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
